Has acupuncture worked for your lower back pain? |
Drugs are getting less effective. I'm tired of a spine that feels like it is packed in broken glass. It didn't work for me but everyone is different. My physio told me to use compressive thermal back supports to help relieve pain & assist correct posture which I found good. Also he gave me some easy gentle exercises to help improve flexibility too. I haven't had acupuncture for my back, but it sure helped when I sprained both my ankles within 3 weeks. I was a skeptic before, but I'd go for acupuncture again if I needed to. Hope it works for you. It is worth the cost, even if it isn't covered by your health care plan. Take care. I havent ever had acupunture, but people say it only BRINGS pain that distracts you from the back pain. So, DON"T DO IT! All it will give you is a high doctor's bill, pain, and ugly scars! |
