Acupuncture for breech baby? |
Has anyone did acupuncture for a breech baby? I am 37 weeks and i would like to get this baby to turn on his/her own. You should try looking for a chiropractor that is trained in the Webster Technique. It is specific chiropractic adjustments to the lower spine, sacral area that can help re-align the joints, relax tight muscles and ligaments attached to the uterus, as well as the lower back and hips, and also encourage breech position to a more favorable position. Also sitting on a gym ball and rolling back and forth can help relax the lower back muscles and the ligaments in the hips. Also consult with your OB/GYN before starting any exercises with a chiropractor. After normal delivery, you may have lower back and hip pain from over stretching of ligaments, so following up with exercises and rehab will be beneficial for you in the long run. I hope you're kidding...My god look who is reproducing. |
