Acupuncture as a way to fight acne? |
I've had many cases of acne for a long time now, and have been through a lot of treatments in treating them. Many of them seem to work horribly and worsen the situation while others seem to work wonders up to the point where they don't work as effective as it used to be. I've changed my diets and attempt to reduce my stress as much as possible (as directed/suggested by doctors). My current state of acne isn't so bad as compared to many others I've seen (and I used to have much worse before), but I'm REALLY getting tired of going to the same old treatments that just don't seem to work. Oh, for the treatments I tried in the past, I tried: Antibiotics Apparently, there are cases that seem to support that acupuncture does help fight acne, mainly because one of the factors for acne is stress. Acupuncture can help fight the stress and therefore helps lower the chance to have further acne breakouts. Try using lemons. Best tip around. |
