Can acupuncture help infertility ?

I have PCOS, 27 yrs old and happily married, Been trying to concieve for 5 months now and wondered if acupunture could help me on my quest. My current cycle is up to 72 days long.

I have done acupuncture for 8 months now. I'm not pregnant, but my cycles are regular, my temperatures are up, my stress is down, and I feel like I have a sensible partner who balances out what my doctors say (they don't always care as much as I'd like). If you find an acupuncturist who specializes in fertility (e-mail me if you're in NYC) it can make a big difference. She's put me on supplements and has good suggestions when I have to have various tests and procedures.

It definitely won't hurt. If you can afford it and/or your insurance will cover, I recommend it. I was skeptical but have been hooked since the first session. Good luck!

I SOOO Feel for you hun.. If you have any success look me up and let me know. i've been trying since Feb no luck. I am booked in to see a specialist in Nov - Long wait.. lmp 24th June and still nothing but pain and cramps and constipation....oh and bfn..
Its such an emotional roller coaster when it doesnt happen first time, or second time.. even 6th time.. i don't know how these women can go through yrs of bfn's..

That would be a question best asked to the proffessional that performs acupuncture. It certainly wouldn't hurt I think whether you believe in it has a lot to do with it. There are no guarantees though
