Can acupuncture CURE type one and two diabatics?

There is a medic here who claims that he can cure all diabatics and related coplications. How right is he? If he is honest, there would be no diabatics in China. Please enlighten.

No because needles can't change the chemistry of your blood or the rate that your body produces insulin. It wouldn't be a little secret if it could, it would make world wide headline news.

Acupuncture cannot cure anything (well maybe it can cure you of money if you're rich).

The best that acupuncture can do is produce a placebo effect. This does not cure diabetes.

Oh, My!! Don't we all wish!!! If he could do that he would be such a very valuable person. He would have the whole world racing to his door for the cure.

Sorry, hon, but there is no magic cure even acupuncture! It can probably help lots of the sides of this, but don't think even the ancient Chinese had an answer or there would be no mention of the herbs needed to help with diabetes in the folk medicine of China.

I really hate it when people make these kind of false claims. I'm type 1 and have had people tell me I could be cured by such things and stop taking insulin. That is so dangerous to advise anyone to stop taking insulin. I just hope type 1s don't listen to this garbage!

I've never heard of anyone dying or getting butchered in during acupuncture. I say unless you find some risk involved,give it a shot. But I am just throwing my tidbit in. I don't know either way.
