Acupuncture does it work as i have a very sore back and have tryed most thing .?

Acupuncture definitely works. What is sore back? You need to be specific. Soreness can be due to muscle fatigue, sitting or sleeping posture, back abuse, lifting weights, lumbar degeneration, .......... there are so many factors, what is your ailment?

A sore back generally speaks about bad lumbar area.

Do not overwork. Maintain good back exercises.

Yes it works for sore back. But go to an acupuncturist that has at least a 3 year degree and not an M.D. with a 300 hour course if you want it to work well.
