Acupuncture or shiatsu against snoring?

i wonder if an acupunture or shiatsu spot exists which can help against snoring...

In addition to the previous post, I have found that losing weight has helped tremendously in addition to avoiding alcoholic drinks. Source(s): The oldest and finest educational facility on the planet,

It really depends on what's causing the snoring. A friend (who snores) went to an acupuncturist for help with allergies. Because the allergies swelled the nasal passage, this caused him to snore. The treatment (& Chinese herbs) really helped him, so by treating the allergies, the snoring was significantly reduced. Maybe worth going to an acupunturist rather than trying to find it yourself. Good Luck!
acupunture is sure-win
Regular even snoring is a sign of a healthy circulation.. don't mess with that. However it's
different if your snoring is erratitic.. best go see
a Naturopath here. A regular doctor would be
insufficient. U can use nose strips temporarily
but don't become dependant on them!
Don't know anything about acupuncture or
Shiatsu.. so can't say about those!
