Does acupuncture work or is it just a co-incidence if a body improves?

It works for me... I used to be on 3 different depression meds and now do not need them at all. I also have way more energy and just feel better.

I do both accupuncture and accupressure,and for me both work leaving me with a sense of wellness and relaxation
Some acupuncture works, it has been shown in medical studies. Not all the claims for acupuncture have been validated, however.

Absolutely! I've tried it for lower back pain. It was incredible. I had forgotten what it was like to be so completely free of pain. No pain reliever ever worked so well. The downside is the need to continue treatments and they will only last so long, depending on your condition. I highly recommend acupuncture.
