Post acupuncture pains?


I just had my fist session of acupuncture. The lady put about 20 needles in me that were all sterile. It hurt so much more than I thought it would. Then for the ones on my stomach she heated up with a flame.

8 hours later, my wrists and stomach still hurt from where she had put the needles.

Normal?

I'm not much help. I've had acupuncture before several times, and they heated up my needles, also, but I never had pain from it several hours later. It did hurt while they were putting them in, but once they were out, the pain was gone. Sorry I couldn't help any better. Good luck!!
