I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and I have treated a few of my patients for this with therapeutic massage and acupressure. Acupuncture is excellent for this also. It's either this or steroids and you don't want them By the way I have had this problem a few years ago and acupuncture cured it.
