Does acupuncture work for allergies?

Has anyone been "cured" of allergies through acupuncture?

Homeopathic Remedies work the best for all sorts of allergies starting with SULFUR 30 which is the first remedy for most allergic reactions !
Feel free to email me if you need any more help !
Take Care and God Bless !
i haven't meet anybody who cured, but i've heard that it may help. according to me, it depends on you as much as on the needles :>
I have had two friends with major allergy problems. They both said acupuncture helped them a lot.
acupuncture is very normal here in Taiwan. I heard that some kinds of allergies have benefits with acupuncture or heal. Depending what kind of allergy.
What also can help is Chinese medicine herbs. My English friend got a skin allergy here in Taiwan. He used Chinese herbs medicine 3 times a day and every time when he went to the doctor they put a kind of herb-mud on the spots.
a few weeks later the skin allergy was gone!

You could definitely give it a try.
It can definitely help. The trick is, as with all alternative medicine, is to find a talented practitioner. There are a lot of quacks out there. Another thing that works really well is called NAET. It is a relatively new allergy elimination technique. You can read about it at www.naet.com. It worked for me by far the best out of anything.
I went for other health issues & realized that my food allergies were gone. They, during the course of treatment, gave me herbs as well. I have also heard of immediate relief from kinesiology (that is an offshoot from acupuncture). Several chiropractors have studied the art of kinesiology.
