I am having acupuncture done next week... I had it before only once before but it helped then. Any good or bad stories to share? I am having this done by a certified acupuncturists for back pain.
I've had acupuncture twice in the past with great results. Be aware that it may take more then one treatment to cure the problem. In many cases the person seeking a cure often repeats the same bad habits that cause the problem.
I have had it done and was for back pain as well. It was very successful, now when a pain lasts more than a few days or happens again; I go to the pain specialist and we work on a treatment. Good luck
