Does acupuncture really work for sinus infections?

Does acupuncture really work for sinus infections?

I would say no....it is an infection afterall...

acupuncture works by releaving pressure ..and yes there are pressure points on one's face/nose..

one could try acupuncture to help relieve the pressure build up in the sinus cavity....but i doubt it would do much to clear up the infectioin
Accupuncture works by relieving pressure. So, yes, it would most definitely help sinus infections. People view accupuncture as a big "ewwwwww....needles" type of thing, but what they don't understand is the needles are so fine, you honestly don't feel them being inserted. Now, if there is pain at a site, could be there's a blockage that needs to be opened up and will open up with care.
Yes. Acupunture works on just about anything. Because it treats the cause not the problem.
I had acupuncture for sinus pain and it took the edge of the pain away enabling me to function and not have to go to bed. On the other hand, my sinuses were reacting to breathing in toxic glue. My sinus pain is almost always a result of toxicity, not general infections. Today I am unwell because I drank pineapple juice with benzoic acid and I've had sinus pain for 24 hours. Ice can often help reduce the swelling. If it is an infection, a nasal flush of salt water works well. Breathe in salt water through the nostrils, one at a time until it flows out the mouth.
