Difference between Acupuncture and Acupressure if any?

Acupuncture uses needles...hence the puncture part. Acupressure uses only the pressure of the fingers. They both use the same points on the body, just different delivery systems.
Puncture uses needles, pressure uses fingers
skinny needles and isolated pressure massage
Acupressure uses pressure (fingers, sometimes blunt objects) on certain points. Acupuncture uses very, very thin needles to stimulate certain points. (These are as thin or thinner than hair.) Some acupunturists turn them, others simply leave them in place for twenty minutes or so.
ppuncture the use those needle things, pressure they use their fingers and push on certain areas.
Acupuncture is the use of small needles at pressure points on the face, body or limbs.

Acupressure is the use of the hands or fingers on the pressure points on the face, body or limbs.
