What is acupuncture? And how do the needles help realeve what ever problems that you have? |
it is for my science report I only know the basics. The needles are put into certain nerve pathways that are believed to be causing the problem you're having. There's schooling for this and charts that tell you which pathways affect what. The theory is that doing so activates and opens up these pathways, so that the signals can travel better in the nerves and the problem will be gone, or at least better. Told you it was basic knowledge that I had about this subject. I recommend doing a search on accupuncture or maybe the history of accupuncture or accupuncture theories.
