What Chinese acupuncture meridian is associated with the IT band? I have IT band syndrome.?


I have Iliotibial band syndrome (IT Band) - what meridian is this associated with? What acupressure points would help? Thanks!

The gallbladder meridian. Ashi points will be of help. Ashi points are points that hurt when you push on them. Other helpful points are GB 34, GB 33, GB 32, GB 31, GB 30.
