I've had mid back pain in my right side for months and have tried chiropractic, massage therapy, and looking for trigger points. An MRI of my spine revealed some degeneration of the spine that is more than normal for someone age 27, but no disc problems. Not sure if this is the cause of the pain, but has anyone had long term success with acupunture for back pain when other methods have failed??
i have had accupuncture treatments for over a year now and i seem to think it has been very beneficial!! don't be affraid of the needles, it dosen't hurt a bit!! and I'm not kidding! good luck to ya!
