Acupuncture is usually fine tuned to what you're looking for. The needles go into pressure points to relieve
"blockages", and the pressure points used are depending on your ailment. It's very relaxing though... I had my back & neck done & ended up falling asleep.

Yes, I have! I saw my doctor and he was very upset with me, since he was SURE I belonged in the hospital. I have severe asthma, and I was NOT breathing on my own. He 'sent' me to the hospital, but, I did not go there. I went down the street to my accupuncturist, as I know he 'fixes' me. He gave me 2 treatments, and I wasn't even wheezing. I was really in great condition. No asthma, no hard trying to breath......no coughing...........all gone. My doctor called me when I got home, furious that I had not gone to the hospital. I explained what I had done, instead. He was really angry with me, scared I'd die. He insisted I return to his office, NOW! I did, and the dr. was totally shocked. He could SEE and HEAR that my labored wheezing was gone, that I could breath clearly, and felt good. He is still asking me HOW this was done, as he did not believe in this alternative medicine, until he saw me, before and after.

Yes by a medical doctor. It didn't help, but I still believe in them. I have read a lot of books about acupuncturist and heard people rave about them. It can do a lot for you including curing various ailments and chronic problems. I think the best ones are the ones who do nothing else but that, especially the Asian trained ones. By the way it didn't hurt at all.
I agree with "Kourtni"... Acupuncture is usually fine tuned to what you're looking for. The best benefit to me, is that the practitioner actually listens to you and then puts together a plan of action to treat "the whole person", and not just a symptom.

Secondly, it works !! Both my wife & I have been getting treated for the last month or so, and there is visible discernable improvements in the both of us !!
