Has anyone used acupuncture, reflexology or any other form of alternative therapy to help insomnia?

I have tried all the usual do's and don'ts and would only like to us prescription medications as an absolute last resort.

I used another form of alternative therapy after 2 years of insomnia, was at my wits end! It took about 3 days and now I sleep like a baby every night!
Can't post links here.
Don't ever use prescription meds for insomnia. It does not address the underlying root of your insomnia and will only create more problems in the body. And yes, to your question-I have experienced acupuncture, reflexology, natural herbs, ayurvedic (from India) ancient healings, etc. and all are very valuable.
Have you try herbal washing?
