Should i have acupuncture?? |
I've been thinking bout this for a long time now. But the main reason was because i've been having some really bad days alately and find my eyes twitching and other little things relating to stress.. (or so im guessing). So how much does it cost, what is it used for mainly and do you think i should try it/leave it/get some oils instead? Acupuncture is useful for:- anxiety depression arthritis asthma back pain circulatory problems migraines rheumatism fertility treatment pregnancy pain sciatica skin conditions ulcers. It costs about 拢30 an hour. But I would probably go to a doctor first, just in case. You could also have a massage for around the same cost which can work wonders for stress related illnesses. Source(s): http://www.woodlandherbs.co.uk/acatalog/... to be honest i have no idea how much it costs but ive had quite a few mates have it done and they've said it really relaxed them. so if you dont mind someone putting needles in your ears (or where ever else thay want to stick em i'd say go for it Zero in on the cause. What you are experiencing is the effect. Try mediating and see what happens. Eat right. Give the body what it needs to maintain and repair itself. Get enough sleep. Write down what bothers you. Re-read your notes occasionally. http://www.acupuncture.com/ Hi, you should address the cause of your stress 1st or all the acupuncture in the world isn't going to help! When you have reduced the causes then try your GP he may help to refer you to a registered practitioner, do not go to anyone who is not registered, is may cause more damage to your already fragile health!! Registered practitioners only use the needles once then dispose of them. There are clinics available on the NHS but are few and far between and the waitng list can be months! Good luck. I WOULD RATHER HAVE PINS STUCK IN ME |
