i know of no evidence that acupuncture could help cure CP.
CP is a result of decreased and slowed Development of the Central Nervous System. The fact that your child has it, could be due to an insult during pregnancy or birth (oxygen, infection, toxins), so I really don't know of how acupuncture could reverse that...
