Has anyone ever tried Acupuncture Staples to lose weight? |
I Got acupunture staples put in my both ears (this weekend) in my pressure points to help eliminate cravings, and supress my appetite...the nurse said that the staples trigger points in my ear that send a message to my brain that when i eat, I get fuller faster. The first day i got hot flashes and sweating alot. She said this would happen because my metabolism had been triggered by the acupunture and that it would start working faster. Has anyone tried this before? Does this really work? I went ahead and tried it anyhow.... just curious.. Hey my computer has been down for awhile...you left me a message to answer you back on a question you had. It was one that I found myself in also. I tried to get back to you but...It wouldn't let me. I don't know how to email you, so this was the best way I could get ahold of you. Hope you get get it. Sorry I took so long. Sorry this isn't about your question........ Huh, when i did that they stapled my lips. It was a very effective diet supressant. I used to work with a girl who had this done. She seemed to do very well with it, but I think will power works the best. I have even heard if you just pinch your earlobe even without this done that it will help curb your appetite too, however, if you're really hungry, then eat. If it's just a craving, it will pass in about 5 minutes. Drink some water and if your stomach is growling, then you need to eat. I think it's just another way for doctor's to make money, but then again, it may work. Good luck with it! Personal Trainer Not a good idea.! Try exerciseing and going on a srtict diet! Useful tips on almost every subject! http://www.free-tip.blogspot.com/... |
