Any one know if Acupuncture is good for back pain?

I had acupuncture for back pain a couple of years ago. I had been having physiotherapy but wasn't responding as hoped, so we tried acupuncture. Although I couldn't say for sure if that did the trick, or whether it was a combination of that and the physio. plus the exercises and relaxation, I did walk out upright and pain free for the first time for ages. The Physio said the aim was to relax the muscles. I do get the odd twinge now and again usually if I get over stressed but nothing like the agony I was in before, so I like to think the acupuncture worked.
it depends if acupuncture is right for you. acupuncture works for some people and it dosent work for others. If it does work for you, then i am confident that if you go to a certified acupuncturist, you will find relief.
Acupuncture is a good way to help with back pain. You can try it and the benefits may help you. Ask you Doctor about this. He will either recommend it or suggest another type of pain relief.
I had this type of reatment . Recieved some releaf.
I had a friend who had bad back pain, she tried acupuncture it did not work for her, so she went for a relaxing massage and the next day she felt so much better, and the back pain was greatly reduced, she had another one a week later with essential oils and she said it had gone, I think it was mainly stress and bad posture over time. massage worked for her.
