My physiotherapist is learning acupuncture.. can he hurt me?

the needles are single use, and hygiene is a big thing...and I actually feel better...but can something go wrong?
.

First, I would ask him some questions.

1. Does your school know that you are practicing on clients?

2. Does your liability insurance cover your use of needles?

3. Am I paying to be homework for you?

4. How long have you been in school?

He trying to make you feel better and get some extra practice. You most likely won't have any problems with his treatments but realize that he is still studying acupuncture. He might not have the best understanding of theory and technique. This lack of knowledge might cause some problems.

Personally, I would not worry about it if I was being the practice body; however, I am not you. I do not know your history. You might actually have real reason to worry about it.

I would talk with him. Ask him any questions that you may have. He might want to have you come in to his school for practice work.

its okay if hes an expert.

But i don think its a good idea to be his test subject.
I heard if they stick it in the right place they can paralyze you and rape you.
Listen to your inner voice...obviously you have your doubts. When in doubt get out of it. There are always signals...listen and maybe try EFT and become more independant...Feels so goooood

Is he getting his education off the internet? If not, it's probably okay. The worst he can do is poke you a little too hard.
