Can autoimmune hemolytic anemia be treated/cured thro' acupuncture?

I don't know about acupunture, but I have 2 friends, one of whom dies of this disease. I wouldn't fool around with it, it can be fatal.
I believe anything can be cured through accupuncture and the use of Chinese medicine--herbs, etc. You need to find a reputable accupuncturist in your area, though. There are SO many in most cities now, but I have been to 3 who seemed not to know what they were doing/talking about. So, the key is to go onto Craigslist.com or something and ask in your area for a tip/referral and then go and check the doctor out. Good luck.
