Red bumps allergies under eyes forehead Is it stress or Allergies??

Ok I get these bumps all of a sudden I used to get these under my eyes which still occasioally happens but now is on my forehead is it from allergies or stress some are very faint like hardly noticable and the others are bigger and red (not pimples at least I don't think so) My skin has pretty much always been clear. Cortisone seems to keep it under control but never clears it how can I get rid of this "rash" or w/e it is. Or how could I go about isolating what is causing it? (kind of hard since I don't know what is causing it) Should I stop using the cortisone altogether and see what happens. I adjusted my diet slightly no real difference there. Made sure we did't switch detergents. It is only on my forehead and in and above my eyebrows it's almost like they come in the same places but not 100% it just seems that way any help on this would be greatly appreciated. A little about me: 28 Yr old male semi Stressful job just had a baby always had allergies. Can I keep using cortisone daily

Also I only get these on my forehead and temple area Beside the weird rash I got under my eyes which I always thought was from my allergies they look similar but now why all of a sudden would they appear on my forehead?

i used to get the exact same thing. it was in the temple area and right near my elbow. im not sure what caused it. I used cortisone for a while but it didnt help. then mr doc gave me some other cream called betamethasone valerate. the bumps dissapeared completely within a week but i continued to use the cream for a full month. i have not used the cream in a few months and the bumps have not returned
