Terrible allergies? |
I have terrible springtime allergies. I take zyrtec but it only works up to a certain point. I start feeling aweful. My sinuses hurt, I get a horrible stuffy and runny nose, and I always feel exhausted. I took clariten-D last year and it didn't work that well either. I've taken allegra and that doesn't really help either. What else is there for me to take or do to relieve my horrible allergies? Check out my blog on ways to keep seasonal allergies under control Get a steroidal nasal spray. They work much better, but they take up to five days to become effective. It is recommended to start on the nasal spray just before pollen season starts. I usually take Zyrtec, and another over the counter medicine. That helps a lot. =] piriton allergy tablets maybe. |
