Allergies/Sinus Infection?

Are these symtpoms of either: Fullness of the head, sometimes nasea, drainage?

Could be either or both. Fullness= congestion. Drainage (post nasal drip) is the probable cause of the nausea as when you are sleeping at night the nasal mucous is draining down the back of your throat into your stomach. Probably sinusitis because normally (not always though) with allergies you will also experience sneezing and/or itchy, watery eyes. News flash for the previous answerer.. it could be just a plain old fashioned head cold. Below is a link to a tool I find quite useful. The website WebMD ... use the symptom checker. Input as many symptoms as yu have and for more accurate results whenever they prompt you " more information" click yes. Just remember they give you a wide range of possibilities at times that is why the more symptoms you can give the more accurate the results. Treatment; A washcloth rinsed in hot water and then wrung out.. place either on forehead or over nose and cheeks (wherever you experience the most congestion). That will help to break up the congestion and allow you to blow it out. Go to Walgreens or your local chain pharmacy and purchase Wal-phed (store brand of Sudafed a decongestant) .. you want the one they keep behind the counter as the newer Sudafed (they removed an ingredient that addicts use to make crystal meth) does not workk as well. Also purchase some vapor bath (in the baby section) and tonight take a hot bath with 3-4 ozs. of vapor bath.. breathe in thru the nose and out thru the mouth. Take the Sudafed every 4 hours during the day (also buy some saline spray) until about 4 hours before bedtime. Then use some Benadryl (4 hour antrihistamine) before bedtime to cut down on the post nasal drip. Keep the saline spray close by (the antihistamine will dry you up and probably cause you to mouth breathe) to keep your nasal membranes moist allowing you to breathe easier. This should significantly lessen if not stop altogether the nausea. In the morning take another bath with vapor bath and ttake a Sudafed. You can take them every four hours and use the saline spray as much as you need. Good luck and if symptoms persist go and see your doctor and get a referral to an otolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat specialist).

This is a sinus infection. Rinse out the sinuses with warm salt water-inhaled by the teaspoon into the nostrils. The salt will immediately kill the infection (you don't need any medication). Rinse with warm plain water and blow out the dried mucus. Repeat as necessary. Stay away from antihistamines and decongestants-they dry you out causing further complications. Take a teaspoon of LOCAL honey each day to boost your immunity and develop defenses against all the air born irritants around you. Within a month you should see improvement in your general health and, by flu season, you won't need a shot.

Nasea is usually caused by drainage when you have a Sinus Infection, or allergies. You should go to the docter and see what he thinks, because I have had both, and they feel almost the same...well, I personally think allergies are worse!
