Allergies...10 p0ints!!!?

okay i have horrible allergies and need help GETTING BETTER FOR A BIG DATE TOMOROW i dont want to cancel but its cold-like symtoms and i want all kinds of ideas medical and nonmedical YOULL MAKE MY DAYYY!!!
kay and 10 p0ints...thanks guys
xx

claritin and allavert have never worked for me.... i take zyrtec AND singulair daily and still have the horrible cold-like allergies you are taking about. start taking bendryl tonight- that generally begins to clear it up for me. i would say the first two doses take 2 pills and after that just take 1. since you are going on that date you don't want any chances of sneezing all over the guy!

OH and DON'T inhale steam- during allergic reactions your nose becomes inflamed and any heat may make it swell more.... believe me... i've done it! try a cold compress aross your face- it feels nice and can alleviate discomfort

whenever i get allergies, i buy cheap drugstore brand allergy pills, I take 1/2 of one, and i use my puffer 2 times a day

Try some eucalyptus. It will clear your sinuses right away and will make you feel better in general. Taking an Ibuprofen as well will help with some of the stuffiness.
Hope you feel better and enjoy your date!

well i take singlar but yea i dont any more try to get tested and get allergy shot so you never have them angain but i would try clairitin it works really good
