Allergies or pink eye (in my kitty)?

Sorry, I posted a bunch of q's about her this week. Earlier, I asked about her being sleepy all the time.

Well, she woke up when my husband came home and I noticed the bottom of her right eye lid is pink and a little swollen looking. Her vet's office won't be open till Monday.

She's white with black patches, so it was easy to notice. She's 7 weeks old. Had her 1st vet visit this week and was de-wormed as well as vaccinated for upper respiratory disease. She only weighed 1 lb and 4 oz, so she wasn't big/old enough for other vaccines.

She's never been outside (except when we were in the car going to the vet's office and I was holding her the whole time). I did have the windows open earlier because it was much too beautiful outside to be using the AC. She'd been sneezing a little this week.

I just want her to be ok =(

she might have pink eye but its more then likly just a common cold!

if her eye is pink & swollen then she probably does have pink eye. she probably got it while you were at the vet's. it is very contagious in cats. my cat had it over the summer, i and we took him to the vet and they gave us stuff to rub in the eye. it was gone in a week. good luck!!
