Allergies (Like Crazy!!)? |
I have the worst allergies known to man. I would make an appointment to see a allergy doctor. Your doctor will be able to prescribe you some medicine for your eyes. I read in the paper that there are a lot of people having trouble with their eyes being swollen due to all the pollen. There is supposed to be a good eye medicine out right now that is suppose to help. Good luck and I hope you get to feeling better soon. To manage allergies, it is important to find out what factors you are sensitive to. Preventing and reducing exposure can help reduce the severity and frequency of your attacks. It is not a good idea to rely too much on medications. Go to an allergy professional and start getting allergy shots. I take allegra and singulair during the day for allergies and asthma and also patanol for my eyes. Over the counter stuff only works so well, you really need to see an allergy doctor to get what you need to be comfortable. TRUST ME! IT'S WORTH IT! :) I feel for you !!!!! Try rinsing your throuat and face with very cold water a few times but don't let it drip in yur nostirls just splash with really cold water and dry immeadiatly by patting the face. that should hopefully relieve some irritaion and drink cold things to may help. check out my blog below on how to control seasonal allergies. I take Zyrtec which is Great!! Also try Visine Allergy Relief Eye Drops ..very soothing. Gets the red out and work as an antihistamine as well. omg...i have seasonal allergies--to pollen...i take PRESCRIPTION clarinex everyday...PRESCRIPTION IS KEY!!! Buy a good air purifier with a HEPA filter. |
