It's allergy season!!! What's the best defense for allergies? What do you do to help yourself feel better? try immunotherapy(allergy shots). it gradually gives you the allergens that you are allergic to and it helps build up you immune system. you wont see result immediatly. it takes a few months to get up to the 'maintance dose' and you take it for about 3-5 years. so in the long run, its the best thing for allergy sufferers like myself. There is a item called Nepi Pot. It has some power that you pour in with water and stick it up one nostril. It pours through your nostril and out the other side. It cleans everything out. Works great. I take Claritin...sounds simple enough, but it really works, and I use my air conditioner versus opening the window...this way pollen doesn't get in i take nazonex which is a nose spray sorta thing and take claritin and benydryl they all help with my allergies |
