Any recommendations for someone who suffers from constant nasal allergies(sneezing, runny or stuffy nose)?

Medical insurance is not an option at the moment....paying for doctor is not an option at the moment. I am curious about over the counter recommendations that will not make me drowsy or groggy. I don't have a sore throat or watery eyes...just either a stuffy nose or a runny nose with a lot of sneezes. I can sneeze 50 times in one pop!
Help. It hurts.

Can you get medicaid? Seriously, if your allergies are really bad you may need to start allergy therapy with shots.

The best recomendation I can give you is to use saline rinses atleast 3 times a day. Not saline sprays. You can buy a rinsing bottle at a drug store as well as saline packets to mix with water. Or you can make your own saline at home with baking soda and pickling salt. Cleaning out your sinuses will help out alot until you can get to a doc to find out what, more specifically, is wrong. Good luck.
Unless you are getting on the net at the library or a school or friends house then you DO have money to see the doc and get tested. All that aside you can use Claritin aka loratidine for your allergy symptoms as that is not something that causes drowsiness. Also get rid of the toxic cleaners and laundry products in your home and switch to all natural ones to help.
Sniff an amount of water then let it breath them out
Do it 5 times a day each session 3 times
It will take sometime but seriously it works
i use over the counter benadrl for mine helps quite a bit makes u sleepy though
Dont know how to spell it (sudafed) little red pills that I promise you will work.....
Saline Nasal Spray - safe, non habit forming. does not enhance the problem with daily usage.

Humidifier in the home

Air Purifier in the home

Both can be usually found at cheap prices on www.craigslist.org
Just type either in the search field and click on for sale/wanted and any ads on the list will pop up.
Mangosteen juice has anti-allergenic effects, anti-oxident effects, anti-bactrial effects, and NO major side effects.
Why would you ever take a drug when a food could do the same thing?

Drugs are dangerous and foods, as supplements, are not.
