I had allergy from corn pads now toes have blisters?

is it normal after using the hydrocotisone (doc gave it to remove the allergy) to get blisters appearing and numbness around the area? when will they go?

I don't know why you think its the hydro cortisone causing the problem? You probably were allergic to the adhesive on the corn pads.
