Pin prick allergy test?

I have tested positive to cows milk, soy, peanut, avocado, carrot, lettuce, orange, bananna among the usual dog , birch, pollen, ragweed. now my question is I have never reacted to soy or cows milk before but the allergist says i can't touch these things is this the case or could he be wrong??

The allergist is not wrong but you obviously have been reacting to these things or you wouldn't have been getting tested for allergies.
I'm not a doctor, so I do not suggest that you follow my advice too closely. I mean---don't go and chug down a carton of milk or a bottle of soy sauce or anything.

It isn't abolutely certain, but I do not think that you have an allergy....more like lactose intolerance or something. It is not uncommon in adults, especially if you are non-caucasian (though still relatively common in the caucasian population). Also, soy products have a lot of negative stigma attached to them, due to their potential traces of toxic components if not processed properly.

You may need a second opinion from another doctor before deciding.
