My 2yr old has food allergies, (wheat, soy, corn, milk, eggs, beef, peanut, and chocolate).? |
He doesn't want to eat hardly anything, and I'm running out of things to try. Basically I give him what he will eat. The only reaction to his food allergies that I see is sometimes sneezing, and a runny nose. I've tried to give him foods that he can eat, but he won't eat them. He drinks rice milk, he's ok with that. I want to know if by me letting him eat some of the things he's allergic to is it harming him? (I don't give him anything with peanuts). For example he loves cheese, hamburgers, corn, etc. and can anyone give me any different foods or ideas of things I can give him. Thank You! Yes he has been tested, these were all positive. Like I said the runny nose is the only reaction he has. hi, You might try strictly organic vegetables and fruits. Also try to find natural goat's milk from a farmer. That is very healthy and he should do fine with that along with yogurt made from same. There are breads out there made without wheat too that your could try. So many of our foods have additives in them and the poor little children don't have a chance. I would also keep him away from toothpast with flouride or anything with flouride. Giving a child foods that are known allergens can be very dangerous. You could set off anaphylaxis. |
