I have food allergies to milk, soy. Also to mold, grasses, weeds, trees? |

Also have a handout from my allergist stating that mold is in fruits, wines, beer, vinegar etc. I love salads but all dressings have something that is based with the things that I am allergic to. Please help me find some good foods to eat so my diet that I have to follow won't be so boring and cause me to worry about everything that I eat will throw me into an allergic reaction.
