Dogs allergies?


i think my dfog has allergies what do i do she gets a rash every time she goes out side and now her rash went aways and she had bumps all over her like ant bites and the hair where the bumps are is falling off and its all over her belly and sides ,,, what do i do .... what can i put on it .... lets put it this way it u know how u get a bite but its red and i cant see it but u can feel the bump well here is like a dirt road u can feel them ever where .. she is not itchen them or buged by them they just wont go away ....

she did not get them till she got in IL she never had them in va beach or west va .... would it have to do with the water its well water ,,,, if i leave her in side for a week or give her a bath will that work , she is only 3 and just now started to get them ,.

Sounds like grass allergies. Or the grass could be making her allergies worse. My dog is allergic to just about everything.
Putting fish oil in her food will help her skin a bit. I would recommend taking her to the vet and getting her a steroid shot (vetalog) to stop her allergies and inflammation now and then you can start a prevention plan. I wouldn't recommend relying just on steroid shots. they can shorten her life if you get them too frequently.

If the dog has grass allergies, then using a shampoo for allergies might help, going to the vet and getting her on prednisone (steroid) might help.

Consult your vet and have them check to make sure they aren't anything more than grass allergies.
