HELP!! My child has severe allergies (environemental/food), need some advice....?

Mostly looking for recipes(allergies: egg, wheat, nuts, milk, oat, corn, sesame, soy, melon), and advice on how to make life a little bit easier- especially going out to eat and/or grocery shopping!! Thanks in advance:)

You can get rice noodles, which are actually very tasty. They use them in thai cuisine.
The good news is he can have:
rice milk
most vegetables
potatoes (that means gnocchi, possibly, if you can find some with just potato)
Cheese
Meats
I would get very familiar with your local health food store. They have many alternatives- dairy free cheese, wheat free pasta (although some are vile) and they can steer you in the right direction.
If you don't have one nearby, you can maybe get some staples online.http://www.mannaharvest.net/,
Here's a recipe for allergy free peanut squares. they have butter, but you didn't mention that. I am assuming you have a substitute. http://www.kidswithfoodallergies.org/pea...
It's from a site where you have to be a member to get full benefits, but it might be very helpful. They have recipes, resources, and you can maybe get tips from other parents.
Here's a asian pasta recipe.

I hope this helps. Best of luck. Your child will certainly develop a more diverse palate than hsi/her friends.
Going out to eat will be tough, but it sounds like steak and potatoes are safe, as well as salads.

corn is also maltodextrine. wheat is in coke. go to the library and check out these books the eggfree, milkfree, wheat free cookbook by becky hambrick and s.l. wiesenfeld md///// dealing with food allergies janice vickerstaff joneja, phd rn//////// food allergies--the complete guide to understanding and reliving you food allergies william e walsh////// food allergies and food intolerance jonathan brostoff md and linda gamlin//// another book by robert eagle don't have name. i have corn and wheat allergies. if you have more questions email me at whiteharleytrike@yahoo.com if i can help you i will.

I suffered from allot of allergy's for many years and i found taking zinc twice a day for a few weeks supported my immune system and helped rid of any reactions. I think it helps restore your weak gut as its damaged and sensitive.

Give it a try, it just may help you to?

I always found rice to be the safest food.

ps. it took a couple of weeks to take effect.

Take care
