Peanut allergy sufferers: how does it affect your life?

How far do you go to avoid foods that may contain traces of nuts? What do you stay away from? What other measures do you take to stay safe? Do you avoid getting drunk in case you eat something you shouldn't without thinking or realising? How does it affect your life?

Thank you both for the kind advice. However it's not advice I'm after; it's information and personal views from sufferers.
Anyone care to answer the question?

There is no need to suffer from peanut allergies. This is an ailment that can be changed. The primary reason for this allergy has to do with the biofield being in chaos. It takes about 21 days of a simple process to get rid of this issue. Many allergies to foods like this are generated by this biofield issue and it takes reprogramming the field to resolve it.

good luck
