Summer allergies, is there a cure? Most things you are sensitive to if you eat some of them it makes you less sensitive. Even poison ivy pills are just a weak poison ivy. I had serious nose running when some pollen was in season, and ate some pollen, and it helped a lot. A lot of times pollen allergies and others can be caused be eating too much gluten/wheat. You might try going gluten free for a couple of weeks and seeing if it helps. Do a web search for "wheat allergy symptoms" and you'll find a lot of info. Going gluten free really helped me. The closest thing to a cure is allergy desensitation shots. After being on the shots for several years, you no longer react to the pollen. You're born with it my good friend. You can prevent it from reacting to your body by gettung allergy medicine. Sorry, but we are all different. |
