Is it safe to take Lorazepam and allergy medicine?

It says on the bottle that it has problems with some non prescription drugs, but it isn't specific. I'm guessing it's fine but being my paranoid self, I'd just like a 2nd opinion. :)

As long as you have an allergy medicine that doesn't make you feel drowsy, you should be fine. Look on the allergy med box to see if it says "causes drowsiness", if not then it will be fine. The reason i say this is because where lorazepam can sedate you slightly, you do not want to be over sedated...

If you are not sure, call a drug-store pharmacist. They are really up on all the meds. My sister, a doctor, told me that if I ever needed drug info, to do that. Sometimes, pharmacists know more side-effects, etc. than the doctors because it is their job to be up on medicines, and to know how they interact with each other.

Pharmacists have to know meds inside out, to prevent drug interactions that could kill their patients.

hm~i don't know. u should go to a doctor & get prescription.
it's alot safer and u won't need 2nd opinions! ^^
