I'm a vegan with enviromental allergies...what can I do? |
I am a vegan and I have environmental allergies (mold, grass, pollen, etc...). It's quite possible you have a gluten (wheat) intolerance, or a soy one, and cutting either of those two out could go a long way to making the other allergies dissappear. Lactose can also do that, but if you're a true vegan that's probably not applicable. Try the herb Butterbur. Its been shown to be just as effective as Allegra and Zyrtec without the side effects. Just be sure to find one that does not have pyrrolizidine alkaloids as these are toxic compounds that can damange your liver. Most commercial supplements already have this removed. Its obvious that you have hayfever and there are many herbal and homeopathic remedies that can help like sambucus and nettles. For free online advice, go to the link below .... Echinacea, goldenseal, raw local honey, and eucalyptus oil in a diffuser. |
