How do you say I have an egg allergy in balinese?

I earlier asked a question regarding my daughter going to bali for a schoolies holiday, and I had some great answers regarding her egg allergy, but I would also like to know how to say in balinese I have a serious egg allergy, so I can give her a card with several translations on it, so she can show the kitchens in resturants, before she orders food.

As Bali is part of Indonesia, majority of them speak Indonesian on top of their local Balinese. And the island is also a very touristy place and many of the locals speak English, especially in hotels and restaurants frequently patronized by tourists.

I myself don't speak Balinese, but in Indonesian:

"Saya alergi telur" - I'm allergic to eggs
"Saya tidak boleh makan telur sama sekali" - I can't eat eggs at all
