I have really bad allergies day and night time. but it gets way way worst at night. help!?

i start coughing and then comes the wheezing at night that keeps me up all night no matter how i lay, drink whatever, does not help. i just went and bought a air purifier, will this help?

First, wash your pillow case, get an allergy proof casing for your pillow or a hypoallergenic pillow, and spray your bed with fabreaze anti-allergy formula.

DO NOT SLEEP WITH A FAN ON, that will only make your allergies much worse.

Next, try taking some Beneadryl every night before you go to bed, that's what I do when ever my allergies keep me up at night. It makes you tired and helps with your allergies so you can sleep.

If you're uninsured start taking Claritin D-24 hour, Zyrtec, and nasalcrom every day. That should help a lot with your allergies during the day and at night. If you have insurance see an allergist.

Yes, it will help a little, go and purchase Suda Care plug in. You might also want to sleep with a fan on at night, drink plenty of fluids. When you purchased the air purifier did it come with any nebulizier solution? I have really bad allergies as well and this helps me a great deal. Best of luck

Air purifier will help only if you keep your windows shut, I think you should see a doctor and try some allergy meds as well.
