Remedies to Allergies?

I have real bad allergies and their worse at night when i am trying to sleep. Are there any remedies to that without the drugs?

If it is at night, I would suspect dust mite allergy. These are microscopic creatures (you can not see them and they are not the same as bed bugs) that have a protein in their feces and body parts (Der f1) that the body misidentifies as a germ. So basically what happens is you move on your bed (the largest concentration of dust mites is in the bedroom) and send this cloud of particles up in the air, you inhale these particles and your body doesn't say "Oh Hai mite poop, no big deal" it says " OOOO NOOOOO!! we are under attack from evil germ bugs from outside the body Help!!" So your body produces a specific human immunoglobulin (IgE) and this causes the mast cells to produce histamine and that is what causes you to have symptoms while you are trying to sleep.
The way to stop the symptoms is to stop the exposure. I will give you some links to read, The first is all about dust mites, the second is how to set up a dust free room, and the third is about this stuff I use to wash the mites out of my sheets....I swear by it.
I have terrible dust mite allergy, but by controlling my exposure and setting up the room the way they say, I don't take medicine and I don't have symptoms at night. You will feel so much better when you get this under control. Good Luck

what kind of allergies are you talking about? do you have a stopped up nose? can't breath? try some breathe right strips, drink plenty of water, try to get some exercise, and eat well balanced meals. i need a little more info?
