Do air purifiers really help with pet allergies?

Update: I mean a HEPA air purifier, not an ionic air purifier..not sure if that matters

YES !!!! The Ex was very allergic to my cats. I got a purifier an it worked like a charm.

Yes, they work, but at a cost to your health. The electronic purifiers produce OZONE and that is what does the work. Ozone is toxic to your body and this is why you don't see a lot of advertisement anymore on T.V. about buying them. When you turn them on, you will actually smell the ozone.

good luck to you

matic is right. there are a lot of people that end up with life threatening problems just to get rid of an allergy.

yes they do. lt will help
