Take a teaspoon a day of LOCAL honey to cure your air born allergies. Local honey works with the body to develop immunities to pollen, mold, dust, pet dander, mildew and smog. Stay away from antihistamines and decongestants-they dry out your body causing sinus, ey and possible kidney problems. There is also a risk of stroke with these meds. Local honey has no side effects and will not damage your organs. Like all herbal remedies, it will take a month or so to become effective but the longer you take it, the healthier you will get-it is a natural immune system booster.

I would not take both. Not sure if Zyrtec is a long acting or if the Allegra you have is long acting, if they are I would only take one, of either, a day. If not long acting......you can take them as often as the package states....if Zyrtec is not working and the time has lapsed and you can take another, then take Allegra. Just don't mix them. My son takes Allegra D every day....long acting and it works great. If you still don't get relieve I would see an allergist.

Don't take allegra with Zyrtec. I take Singulair with Zyrtec in the am and a Benedryl in the pm with inhalers. If you still find problems, try a benie or allegra in the afternoon to offset the zyrtec, but not together.

No -- take only one kinda of antihistamine. You will mess up your blood pressure for one thing, your sinus for another. If the Zyrtec is not working go to the doctor for something stronger.

You really shouldn't. i suggest talking to your doctor if Zyrtec is not working. Dont mix meds without professional advice.
