I Have Allergies but no Allergy Medication? |
It's Sunday all stores are closed. It's raining outside and there is a thunderstorm warning. My allergies are killing me. I'm sniffling, have itchy eyes. My allergies are killing me. Any other alternative medication? I'm argh! I hate allergies! for your eyes I'd do a warm compress or a cool compress or alternate, whichever helps the most, you can even breathe through it and see if that helps. Get your humidity up inside, boil some water or use a humidifier. Take a shower when the lightning passes or before it starts. If you're having breathing problems try coffee, black, cold, whatever it works great for asthmatic symptoms. If you have any honey you can try that, it'll work great for a scratchy throat and local honey builds up your tolerance for the local pollen.
