Can horses have allergies to Latex? |
I need to know so that if ever I, or my trainer needs to do an I.V. or injection of any sort, I can avoid using the Latex gloves taht I bought the other day. Yes. Horses can have allergies to many things I suppose they could. But you really don't need to wear surgical gloves around horses even when giving shots. For my horses vaccinations our vet never wears gloves. But ask a vet I'm sure they could tell you the answer to your question. yes. horses can have alergies just like humans, the reactions will vary from minor to severe. if you think your horse has an alergy, consult your vet. hope this helps my mo swas a vet so if you have any info message me. Sure they can... yes, 100%. just like people can. that's why it can be smart to have extra supplies such as gloves or bandages that are latex free ;) probably. Horses can be allergic to neoprene too. yes they can be allergic to anything |
